8. Service Modifications

TechPara reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services with prior notice in the event of client misconduct, non-payment, or misuse.

Any unpaid dues must be cleared before release of data or domain.
Early termination may incur a fee proportional to work completed.

10. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TechPara and its team from all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the client’s misuse of services or third-party complaints.
